We are currently looking for an Administrator to join our expanding Aviation Division, based at our project offices at stansted Airport. This administration role will include a variety of tasks & duties including:
• Preparation of necessary documentation for upcoming meetings, including printing, photocopying, scanning, and binding
• Uploading of documents to electronic document management systems
• Control of drawings for all projects/works on electronic document management systems
• Updating of project and programme trackers
• Managing the filing of documents
• Supporting the team with general administrative tasks
• Other administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time by the Contracts Managers About You:
• Ideally have proven experience working within the Civil engineering sector in an administrative role
• Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
• A good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programmes including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential
• Some Document Control experience and/or experience using document control systems
• Be keen to develop own profile and grow within the company by finding opportunities to progress
• Be a Team Player essential to work as a part of a team under the supervision of your manager
• Full Clean Driving Licence is advantageous We offer:
