Account Executive, EMEA

PRM, Partner Marketing, Channel Ecosystem Software


Join a specialist B2B SaaS company helping partner and channel teams drive more pipeline and revenue through indirect go-to-market. As the commercial team scales across EMEA, this is a rare chance to step into a net-new AE role with genuine ownership, a strong sales engineering partner, and a mix of fast-moving wins and larger enterprise cycles.

Why this role exists

The business is expanding go-to-market capacity across EMEA. This category is specialised and the team is investing in sales talent that can operate credibly with channel and partner leaders, and contribute quickly in a lean, hands-on environment.


About the role

This is a new logo sales role, focused on mid-market and enterprise prospects that sell through partners, resellers, distributors, alliances, or other indirect channels.


You will own deals end to end, from discovery through demos and proposals to negotiation, forecasting, and close. You will also generate some of your own pipeline, alongside inbound opportunities where available, working closely with Sales Engineering and cross-functional teams.


Key responsibilities

* Run discovery with channel, partner, and partner marketing leadership to understand objectives and pain points
* Position the value of a partner ecosystem platform clearly, mapping it to measurable outcomes
* Build and deliver tailored demos and proposals with Sales Engineering support
* Own multi-stakeholder deal cycles through negotiation and close
* Forecast accurately, including timing and deal value, supporting revenue planning
* Execute senior-level outbound activity to generate qualified pipeline
* Manage inbound opportunities and progress them efficiently through the funnel
* Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape and use it in customer conversations
* Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to support adoption and long-term customer success
* Identify expansion opportunities where relevant, while remaining primarily net-new focused


Ideal candidate profile

* Direct experience in PRM, partner marketing, channel ecosystem software, or closely adjacent partner ecosystem technology
* Credible understanding of partner programmes, indirect GTM, and how channel teams operate
* Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, or equivalent experience in channel sales, channel marketing, or channel strategy consulting
* Strong discovery and commercial judgement, able to educate buyers and guide a structured sales process
* Comfortable owning the full sales cycle end to end, including negotiation and forecasting
* Self-sufficient, happy to prospect and build pipeline without relying on a big-company machine
* Pragmatic, collaborative, low ego, and suited to a lean growth environment
* Open to strong step-up SDR or BDR profiles from the same ecosystem, if clearly ready for a closing path


Location and working style

* EMEA: location flexible across Europe, strong English required
* Munich is a plus, but not required
* Additional European languages are helpful but not essential
* UK and Germany are easiest from a hiring perspective, other European locations may be possible via Employer of Record
* Remote-first, hands-on environment with high ownership and close collaboration
