Patient Experience & Marketing Coordinator Location

We're a small, boutique aesthetics clinic based in Hillsborough, focused on providing exceptional patient care and natural results. We're looking for someone who can support our patients and help us grow by combining excellent communication skills with a creative, organised approach.
About the Role
You'll be the first point of contact for our patients – whether they're calling with a question, making a booking, or walking through the door. You'll also contribute to our marketing by helping with social media content and assisting with admin tasks that support smooth day-to-day operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing patient enquiries and appointment bookings via phone, email and social media
* Delivering a warm, professional experience to everyone who contacts the clinic
* Creating and scheduling content to support our social media presence
* Attending the clinic one day a week for in-person tasks and content creation
* Keeping patient records accurate and up to date
* Working closely with the clinic owner and managing tasks independently
What we're looking for:
* A minimum of two years' experience in a customer-facing role (in person and over the phone)
* Someone who is naturally warm, friendly and professional
* Confident with using social media, especially Instagram and Facebook
* Strong written and verbal communication in English
* Highly organised and able to work independently
* Accurate and detail-focused when handling admin and patient data
* Comfortable working in or around a clinical setting
* Based within commuting distance of Hillsborough
