Field Service Engineer
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 per annum with overtime.
Location: Kidderminster (UK-wide travel required).
Hours: Day-shift, 39 hours per week, loads of overtime available.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our service team. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role involving the installation, servicing, and repair of industrial equipment at customer sites nationwide. The position requires regular UK‑wide travel and hands‑on work with mechanical and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Service & Maintenance
o Service and maintain customer equipment on‑site.
o Remove, inspect, and refit pumps or other components.
o Check switches, sensors, and overall system operation.
o Clean, maintain, and tidy equipment to company standards.
o Replace service parts and consumables where necessary.
* Installation & Commissioning
o Install new equipment on customer sites.
o Complete electrical interface connections.
o Carry out testing and commissioning of equipment.
o Ensure systems are operating correctly and safely.
* Breakdown & Fault Finding
o Provide breakdown coverage across the UK.
o Diagnose, repair, and resolve faults or damage.
o Support customers with reactive service requirements.
Hours, Pay & Benefits
* Salary: £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
* Standard contract: 39 hours per week, day‑shift.
* Overtime available all the time.
* Company service van provided post‑probation.

Candidate Requirements
* Mechanical and basic electrical engineering experience.
* Experience working with industrial machinery preferred.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
* Full UK driving licence required.
