They are now looking to recruit an experienced Quality Inspector (CMM) to join their team and support their ongoing commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities Dimensional & Technical Inspection Carry out advanced dimensional inspections using CMMs and a wide range of measurement tools (micrometres, gauges, surface measurement equipment). Program and operate CMM systems for complex component inspection. Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and machining symbols to ensure product compliance. Perform first-off, in-process, and final inspections on CNC machined, bought-in, and subcontracted components. Produce and approve documentation including FAIRs, ISIRs, PPAP submissions, and traceability records.Quality Systems & Compliance Support and maintain compliance with ISO 9001, with awareness of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. Assist with internal audits, process audits, and supplier approvals. Manage calibration systems, ensuring all inspection equipment is traceable and compliant.
