Blaze Networks — now proudly part of the Communicate Technology Group — is looking for a driven and experienced Head of Projects to lead our project delivery and provisioning teams.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing technology business delivering large-scale IT infrastructure and SD-WAN solutions across the UK. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our project delivery capability as we continue to grow under the Communicate umbrella.
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead and manage our Project Delivery and Provisioning teams
* Oversee all customer projects from planning through to completion
* Create and manage project plans and documentation (Microsoft Project / Project Online)
* Enhance and streamline internal delivery processes
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful, timely project outcomes
* Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
* Provide regular project reports and updates to stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
* 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager, ideally within an MSP
* Proven success delivering complex IT infrastructure projects
* Strong knowledge of structured project management methodologies
* Proficient in Microsoft Project and Project Online
* A confident people leader with excellent communication and stakeholder skills
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
