Preferred Requirements
* Ability to teach Health & Social care at Btech Level
* Oversee the learning, progress, and conduct of students on designated courses, ensuring high-quality standards and exceptional student outcomes
* Manage staffing matters, including recruitment, performance development, and training, to build a strong and dedicated team
* Contribute to the planning and control of budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
* Collaborate with colleagues to design, deliver, and evaluate all aspects of the curriculum, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
* Serve as a leader and member of relevant teams, liaising with partner organizations and external agencies to expand the reach and impact of our programs
Preferred Qualifications
* Possession of a degree or appropriate professional qualification in a relevant field
* Extensive experience in curriculum development, program management, and teaching in the health and early years sectors
* Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team and drive operational excellence
