We’re growing our team and are recruiting a Field Merchandiser to support our Retail Partnerships team. NB: This is a hands-on, field-based role where you’ll spend most of your time on the road, travelling frequently across NI and ROI visiting our retail stockists (EZ Living and Woodie’s stores) to represent Kukoon in-store. What you’ll actually be doing: In-Store Engagement & Sales You’ll regularly travel to retail stockists, spending time on the shop floor building trusted relationships with store managers and teams. You’ll understand how Kukoon products are performing in each location, promote new launches, and help teams confidently sell, upsell, and cross-sell. You’ll share insights on sales trends, customer feedback, and growth opportunities with the Retail team. Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation You’ll take ownership of Kukoon’s in-store presence, physically setting up, rearranging, and maintaining displays in line with planograms and brand guidelines. This includes lifting and moving rugs, installing POS, refreshing layouts for launches and promotions, and resolving any visual or merchandising issues quickly. You’ll also support new store openings, refits, and promotional periods. Stock & Order Coordination You’ll monitor display stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and flag risks early. You’ll work closely with retail partners and logistics teams to ensure smooth deliveries and suggest alternatives where needed. Reporting & Insights After each visit, you’ll complete store reports covering visuals, stock health, and performance. You’ll maintain photo records and share clear, actionable insights with the Retail Business Development Manager to help improve consistency, sales, and execution across all stockists. Communication & Admin You’ll act as a key link between retail partners and internal teams, keeping trackers, schedules, and records up to date. You’ll follow established processes, maintain SOPs, and escalate any operational or technical issues to keep everything running smoothly.
