Oculus are working with a highly regarded regional law firm looking for a Junior Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor early in their career to build their expertise in Private Client law, handling estates, wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. About the Role:
You will manage your own caseload, providing practical, clear advice to clients while benefiting from guidance and support from experienced colleagues. You’ll enjoy autonomy in your work but be part of a team that values collaboration and strong communication. There is a focus on technology and progressive ways of working, allowing you to deliver an exceptional service efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing estate administration, wills, trusts, and powers of attorney from start to finish
* Advising clients directly and drafting clear, practical legal documentation
* Handling cases independently while liaising with colleagues and third parties as required
* Contributing to a supportive team environment and helping to develop best practices
What They're Looking For:
* Qualified solicitor, 1–2 years PQE, ideally with some Private Client experience
* Strong communication skills, client-focused, and able to work independently
* Technologically competent and proactive
* Commitment to a long-term role within a stable and supportive team
