Organisation/School: Three Ways School, Bath
Three Ways School is an Academy Trust, operating as a generic Community Special School. Three Ways is divided into 3 departments - Primary, Secondary and Sixth Form based on one site at Odd Down in Bath.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking and self-motivated Caretaker/Handyperson who will take pride in the appearance of our school’s environment. The successful candidate will ideally be able to demonstrate building and maintenance experience as well as being practical and well-motivated. You will work closely with the School Business Manager and the Site Manager, taking ownership of general maintenance and premises upkeep to ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our whole community.
The role is permanent with the hours worked over three days (actual days of work are negotiable).
Three Ways School is fully committed to all aspects of Safeguarding and Safer Recruitment protocols. A range of suitability checks will be required for this position, including an enhanced DBS check and proof of Right to Work
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of general maintenance and premises upkeep to ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment for the school and community.
* Work closely with the School Business Manager and the Site Manager.

* Building and maintenance experience; practical and well-motivated.
