Description This is a key role within the Transport UK Rail Replacement Taxi team. The position will manage planned bookings and allocate then plan ad-hoc bookings from pre checks to job completion. Monitor our bespoke software system for job amendments. Liaise with Customer’s staff and our suppliers to resolve issues. Ensure cost efficient allocation of suppliers to bookings. Customer Service Ensure the customers’ needs are the heart of our service Key Responsibilities Key Accountabilities Responsible for recruiting suitable & sufficient taxis in line with requirements Monitor/track all bookings to ensure they meet contracted KPI’s. Ensure planned bookings are pre-checked & all fully tracked to completion Maintain a daily log capturing agreed metrics & any noteworthy details Manage supplier documents in line with TRRs governance requirements Communication of improvement opportunities through appropriate channels Collaborate with other TRR team members as required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Required Qualifications Formal English Written & Spoken Desired Skills MS office including Excel Ability to build internal and external relationships to benefit the business Strives to continually improve improve TRR's position to deliver a best-in-class service Can understand and follow written process and procedural requirements Personal Be an Effective communicator across all platforms Ability to work as part of a team The ability to work from home during times of disruption, if required by management About Transport UK London Bus Transport UK London Bus operates bus services across London on behalf of TFL, plus rail replacement and event services across the UK.
