As the Talent Associate, you'll play an active role in and support the delivery of the Talent and Performance Blueprint across our business to ensure there is a consistent approach to developing our people and measuring performance through Your Contribution. Actively support the Talent Manager in our Practice of Expertise to partner the business on the talent and performance annual cycle and improvement initiatives. Partner Technology, People Comms, People Data, market Talent Partners and work cross functionally with key stakeholders on projects and the annual performance cycle. Work with Technology to ensure successful delivery of the Your Contribution technology roadmap and continuous improvement ideas from markets are reflected Work and am the main point of contact with our external supplier of the 360 feedback platform Support the delivery of the performance cycle, working closely with the Group talent teams to ensure alignment across the Group Partner with the Reward team to update Performance Cycle planning and key dates each year in line with Reward timelines Be the point of contact on WL4 annual performance cycle activity Work with talent and people partnering teams to embed Your Contribution and work with the Talent Manager to deploy group plans and create materials to support Support running of Your Contribution natural work teams and Challenger Groups Be Responsible for ensuring Your Contribution tools and resources are up to date and maintained, including the Your Contribution Guide and Colleague Help pages Be responsible for tracking and monitoring of the Talent Practice of Expertise budget and support with any invoicing requirements Be responsible for Talent team activity and team operational support e.g. meeting scheduling, action tracking Work with talent partnering and people partnering teams, supporting ad-hoc requests and advising on performance queries Analyse Performance data and deliver insight and reports that help the business to make the right decisions about Performance Continually track external Performance trends and bring ideas back to Tesco Support other Talent & Performance team administration and projects as required Operational skills relevant for this job: Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and present effectively.
