About The Role
We’re looking for passionate people to join our Butlin’s Team. Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests, and we are currently looking for Team Members who can add that extra sparkle to our guests’ holidays. You will work in our busy check-in area as part of the welcome team, delivering exceptional customer service.
You will assist our guests as they arrive to start their holiday and will be part of a team that ensures our guests' first impressions are memorable. No experience is necessary; working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to help you gain the skills and confidence to truly get involved.
About You
No experience is required to join our team. If you have a warm, friendly manner and love chatting with people, we can teach you the ins and outs of the role. If you have previous experience, we’d love to hear from you too.
Being a great team player is essential, and you should enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day will be the same, so you should be open to trying new things and engaging with different people.
Our resorts operate during the week and weekends, so flexibility to work evenings and weekends is necessary.
This role is PART TIME, primarily on Mondays and Fridays, with normal hours from 11am to 9pm, and some flexibility with start and finish times.
