Logistics Manager
We're looking for a Logistics Manager who thrives in fast-moving environments and has the drive and initiative to keep things on track. This role is central to keeping stock flowing smoothly and accurately through the business — from inbound shipments with our 3PL, through to wholesale fulfilment, supporting stores and e-commerce with inventory, and maintaining the integrity of our systems.
It's an exciting, hands-on role with the chance to collaborate with teams across the business and see the direct impact of your work. The ideal person will combine strong logistics, systems, and Excel skills with a commercial, customer-focused mindset. They'll be proactive in spotting issues, confident in communicating with colleagues and partners, and meticulous about getting the details right. We're looking for someone who is flexible, able to adapt to shifting priorities, and motivated to take ownership of processes, suggest improvements, and play a key role in how we continue to refine and scale our logistics operations.
Responsibilities
Inbound Shipments
* Lead inbound shipments with our 3PL, including arranging freight, preparing paperwork, and ensuring timely receipt in SAP.
* Produce and maintain inbound reporting, leveraging Excel to track lead times, highlight exceptions, confirm receipt, and keep teams updated on availability and risks.
Wholesale Logistics
* Manage global wholesale order fulfilment with the 3PL, ensuring packing, shipping, and documentation meet client requirements.
* Keep POs, allocations, and shipments aligned in SAP; escalate issues before they impact delivery.
* Own weekly wholesale fulfilment reporting, leveraging Excel to provide visibility of open orders, shipment status, and risks, and to highlight delays or issues early.
Store & E-commerce Stock Support
* Support retail stores and the e-commerce channel with inventory needs, including adjustments, availability checks, and troubleshooting.
* Process and resolve stock adjustment requests in a timely and accurate manner.
* Monitor compliance with correct stock movement processes and escalate issues when needed.
Systems & Stock Integrity
* Take ownership for maintaining accurate stock records across channels by following correct processes and ensuring transactions are recorded properly in SAP.
* When discrepancies arise, investigate and correct them where possible, escalating quickly if further support is needed.
* Support head office teams with monthly stock checks/audits and provide accurate stock information during Finance audits.
General Support
* Support wider business activities (e.g. pop-ups, trunk shows, projects) with logistics expertise, and be willing to pick up ad hoc tasks such as shipping, product loans, or packaging when needed.

confident using XLOOKUPs, pivot tables, SUMIFs, and creating clear reports to track stock and shipments.
* Systems-led thinker:
comfortable working with ERP/WMS platforms (SAP experience an advantage), curious about how systems and processes connect, and quick to notice when something doesn't look right.
* Organised and reliable:
able to prioritise workload, balance competing deadlines, and keep things moving under pressure.
* Commercially aware:
understands the downstream impact of logistics decisions on wholesale partners, retail stores, and the customer experience.
* Collaborative:
works well with colleagues across departments, from warehouse teams to finance and creative.
Experience
* Background in fashion, retail, or consumer goods logistics.
* Experience shipping to wholesale partners or within a retail business.
* Comfortable working with international partners and with a solid understanding of customs documentation and requirements.
* Hands-on experience collaborating with 3PL partners.
