Forklift Counterbalance Driver - Evening Shifts
Location: Fradley Park, Lichfield
Contract Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Pay Rate: £15.50 per hour
Shift Start Times: Between 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
We are currently seeking experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a fast-paced logistics operation at Fradley Park. Role Overview
As a Forklift Counterbalance Driver, you will play a key role in the efficient movement of goods across the warehouse. You'll be responsible for handling large pallet volumes, loading and unloading trailers, and working closely with the warehouse team to meet operational targets.

Key Responsibilities
* Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
* Load and unload trailers with precision
* Manage 150-200 pallets per shift
* Collaborate with warehouse staff to meet tight deadlines
* Follow all health and safety procedures

Candidate Requirements
* Valid and in-date Counterbalance Forklift Licence
* Previous experience in a busy warehouse or pallet network environment
* Confidence in handling high pallet volumes
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
* Flexibility with evening shift start times
