About the Job:
Let's Play is seeking an individual to deliver sports activities during our Fun Week programme at Concord Sports Centre, Sheffield. The role involves delivering a variety of sports activities to a high standard, catering to children aged 5 to 12 of mixed abilities.
The daily schedule includes activities such as: Multi-Sports, Performing Arts/Dance, Swimming, Bouncy Castle, Team Games, Esports, Lego Building, and Arts & Crafts. The aim is to have a positive impact on young children through engaging and inclusive activities.

Essential Requirements:
1. Keen interest and passion for working with primary-aged children and facilitating fun games.
2. Experience working at children’s holiday camps or in a childcare setting.
3. Willingness to develop skills and practice.
4. Punctuality, reliability, and commitment.
5. Experience delivering activities to primary-aged children.
6. Strong communication and organizational skills.
7. Ability to interact well with staff, parents/carers, and children.
Preferred Requirements:
1. Clean UK driver’s license.
2. Experience or willingness to deliver activities like Arts & Crafts and Multi-Sports during Fun Week.
3. Completed relevant courses at Sixth Form, College, or University.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Manage and motivate your team to ensure high-quality delivery of the programme.
2. Communicate regularly with parents/carers, staff, and the Directors.
3. Ensure sessions are challenging, realistic, and fun for children.
4. Create a positive learning environment.
5. Deliver coaching programmes to a high standard consistently.
6. Follow our coaching philosophy: Fun, Inclusive, and Educational.
7. Understand and cater to the individual needs of staff and children.
8. Handle first aid/emergency situations appropriately.
9. Engage and liaise effectively with parents/carers.
10. Deliver each session to the best of your ability with creativity and passion.
