We are seeking a skilled and motivated Design & Technology Teacher to join a well-regarded secondary school in Middlesbrough on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate practitioner who can deliver high-quality, practical and theory-based DT lessons across KS3 and KS4. The Role Deliver engaging and rigorous Design & Technology lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 Specialisms in Product Design, Resistant Materials, Engineering or Graphics are welcomed Plan, prepare and assess in line with departmental schemes of work Maintain high standards of health & safety within workshop environments Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities Support pupils of all abilities, including those with SEND The Ideal Candidate Holds QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification) Has recent experience teaching DT within a secondary setting Demonstrates strong classroom management and workshop organisation Has secure subject knowledge and understanding of GCSE specifications Is committed to raising attainment and promoting creativity and problem-solving skills ECTs are welcome to apply, and experienced teachers seeking a fresh challenge are equally encouraged.
