Responsibilities: Work as the Head of sales to strategise, manage and build a successful sales effort for the business across institutional investors across pensions, endowments, insurance, and charitable foundations Build new networks and use existing relationships across the region, raising assets and ensuring long-term growth Manage the sales process from qualifying to closing and embedding the right qualities of long-term relationships in the team Assist in driving brand recognition and business development efforts Develop and maintain a strong technical understanding of the firm's products and strategies to effectively and confidently represent the business and lead discussions with clients Research and identify new client / relationship development opportunities Skills Required: Strong knowledge of the financial services market with a background in the institutional space and good understanding of asset owners Deep knowledge of various products across the alternative space, with ideally strong knowledge across public and private assets (both directly and indirectly invested) Excellent organisational and planning skills Strong leadership qualities Excellent communication skills
