Role: Salesforce Consultant
Rate: £500.00 P/D (Outside IR35)

We’re working with a leading retail business embarking on the next stage of their Salesforce journey. As part of a fast-moving transformation programme, we’re looking for a Salesforce Consultant to help refine, configure, and optimise the platform, ensuring it’s fully aligned with evolving business needs.
This is a delivery-focused contract role, perfect for someone who can hit the ground running and work collaboratively with business stakeholders and technical teams in a fully remote setup.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with business stakeholders to gather and refine Salesforce requirements
* Configure Salesforce (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud) to deliver agreed solutions
* Advise on best practice within the Salesforce ecosystem to maximise ROI
* Create and maintain functional documentation and solution designs
* Support testing cycles and troubleshoot configuration issues
* Collaborate with developers and admins to ensure seamless delivery
* Provide knowledge transfer and light training to end-users where needed
Required Experience/Skills:
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant on enterprise-scale projects
* Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
* Experience working in retail or other high-volume B2C environments
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and deliver to tight deadlines in a remote setup
* Salesforce certifications (Consultant, Administrator, or equivalent) preferred
