Hybrid Working:
We want you get the best out of your apprenticeship, so we operate a hybrid policy where apprentices work in the office 3 days per week. There may be times where you will need to be in more frequently depending on the needs of the business.

Planning
Analyst Apprentice

You'll have the chance to contribute to a fast-paced environment and develop invaluable skills in data analysis, business planning, and performance reporting.
In this role, you'll support our Planning Analysts, Senior Planners, and Undergraduate team member—helping them deliver insights that drive Customer Operations forward. From assisting with budget planning to tracking performance and supporting strategic goals, you'll be right at the heart of the decision-making process.

What will you be doing?
* You will complete a Level 4 Apprenticeship in Applied AI & Data Specialist
* Update the daily performance summary with accurate statistics from the previous day
* Track Outsourcer Partners' productive hours and compare against agreed targets
* Maintain and update historical data in the Timings Reports
* Complete headline statistical tables and share with relevant teams, adding meaningful commentary
* Listen to customer calls and record findings, flagging any concerns to the Planning team
* Support the Planning team by collecting and organising data to help manage departmental performance
* Respond to requests from Customer Operations and update Workforce Planning systems accordingly
* Assist with maintaining accurate training and performance records

* Maths and English GCSE - grade C or Level 4 and above

What Our Recruitment Process Looks Like
* Apply and upload your CV, covering letter and answer a few application questions.
* You'll be invited to complete a Situational Judgement Test. This is a short multiple-choice question set to help us understand how you may approach situations.
* If you pass this stage, you will be invited to complete an online video interview where you will have the opportunity to tell us more about yourself.
* If successful, your last step in the journey is to attend an in-person Assessment Centre at our Milton Keynes office. You'll also meet some of our managers and to find out more about an apprenticeship with us.
