An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within an independent garage located in York. Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

Responsibilities
* Be strong on all elements of mechanical repair
* Carrying out service checks
* Good use of diagnostics
* Mechanical Repair work on passenger cars
* Ensure the company image of professionalism and quality of service is always maintained
* Carry out other duties as requested - working closely as a team
* Complete manufacturer brand training to increase your knowledge
Qualifications
* A Fully Qualified Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
* A Current and Valid UK Driving License
* Dedicated and committed approach.
* Your job as a Vehicle Technician will be your passion and you will enjoy all aspects of your work.
* Your own Vehicle Technician tools
Hours
Hours of work for this Vehicle Technician role are Monday to Friday 8:30-5:30.
