Job Title: CNC Production Engineer Job Type: Days based, Perm Location: Brockworth, Gloucester Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 DOE Hours: 7:30am-4pm Mon-Thurs 7:30am-3pm Fri The Role A well-established family run precision engineering company is seeking an experienced Production Engineer to support ongoing growth and increased demand. This role will play a key part in ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities ⦁ Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the shop floor ⦁ Act as a key point of contact for technical queries across production, customers, and suppliers ⦁ Optimise and manage manufacturing processes ⦁ Oversee and support quality-related activities and ensure compliance actions are completed ⦁ Prepare quotes and develop route cards ⦁ Manage tooling requirements and contribute to process improvements Candidate Profile ⦁ Time-served apprentice or equivalent engineering background ⦁ Strong experience within a subcontract precision machining environment ⦁ Proven problem-solving ability and continuous improvement mindset ⦁ Strong communication skills across all levels ⦁ Ability to work independently and collaboratively ⦁ Proactive and adaptable approach Benefits ⦁ 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) ⦁ Overtime readily available ⦁ Quarterly team bonus ⦁ Life insurance ⦁ Pension What next? ⦁ Do you have the experience?
