OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -
Experience in event planning, event sales or a guest‑facing hospitality role
Strong organisation, communication and negotiation skills
Confident working with systems and producing contracts/proposals
Customer‑focused with great attention to detail
Passion for events, hospitality and delivering memorable experiences
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -
Manage allocated events from handover to post‑event follow‑up
Liaise with clients, advising and supporting them throughout the planning process
Produce accurate Event Orders to brief operational teams
Coordinate pre‑event meetings, site visits and showrounds
Upsell resort facilities to maximise revenue
Be on‑site during events to ensure smooth delivery
Manage post‑event surveys, debriefs and final invoicing
Use systems such as Delphi to record client activity and event details
