Job Summary
Ogden Fulfilment are looking for a Warehouse Administration Assistant (WAA) to join their team.
In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our warehouse operations by working alongside our operations & customer service teams at our Acre Park site in Keighley.
As our business continues to grow, so does our customer base, making this role essential in maintaining high service standards.

Main Responsibilities
•Printing order batches and sorting into locations for picking
•Sending order batches to scanners
•Ensuring all orders are dispatched within timescale by working with the management team
•Booking pallet deliveries to customers
•Accepting and diarizing deliveries for Goods In
Essential Skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative to prioritize tasks effectively.
•A flexible and proactive approach to working with other departments.
•Exceptional interpersonal and active listening skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC literacy.
•Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team.
•Previous experience in an admin role is desirable but not essential.
