Lead a High-Performing Maintenance Team in a Market-Leading Business
ATA are working with a globally established business; our client boasts an unparalleled turn over combined with over 350 sites operating in over 30 countries worldwide.
Our client, a well-established and reputable company with over 80 years of industry experience, is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Manager to oversee and develop a highly skilled mechanical maintenance team.
With a strong focus on training and progression, you will have access to industry-leading development programs to enhance both your technical and leadership skills and progress on from the maintenance manager role.
You will be working in a heavy industry environment working on large capital intensive equipment, conveyors, rollers and much more in automated facility.
The Role: Maintenance Manager
* Lead, mentor, and support a team of maintenance engineers to ensure high performance.
* Coordinate and oversee both reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimize downtime. Organising working contractors for site.
* Take ownership of continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
* Contribute to site lead and reliability mapping.
* Ensure health & safety standards and compliance regulations are met.
* Provide technical expertise and guidance on troubleshooting and problem-solving.
* Collaborate with other departments to drive a culture of excellence and teamwork.
What We’re Looking For: Maintenance Manager
* A Level 3 or above engineering qualification.
* Previous experience in a leadership in Management, supervisor or senior role
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
* Excellent communication and team management abilities.
* A positive and adaptable mindset to drive improvements.
