About the Role
To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.
Our operation runs 24/7, which involves a variety of shift patterns. We offer flexible working arrangements to accommodate your lifestyle, but late and weekend shifts are a requirement of the role, and flexibility with your work pattern may be needed.
As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. Your responsibilities include training colleagues, communicating messages during team ‘huddles', and ensuring colleagues are available to maintain product availability and meet customer expectations through careful planning of overtime and holidays.
We will support your development through training in different areas to enhance your skills. If you're looking to grow within retail, this role offers a great opportunity!
