As Assistant Principal you will work closely with the principal and senior leadership team to: Ensure the implementation of the schools SEND policy and statutory responsibilities Lead on the management of Local Authority placement consultations Lead staff CPD and Induction Oversee Pupil Support Lead the Support and Review Internal Referral system Lead on Transitions We welcome applications from those with proven leadership experience within an SEN or specialist provision as well as those who have strong SEN experience within a mainstream setting.
