It would be advantageous to hold a relevant degree within commercial / business / engineering and have a proven track record and experience within Technical Sales Management (or similar) in an Engineering business.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must as you will be building relationships at all levels to create success. It is essential to have a positive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach together with the ability to travel frequently and build robust relationships.
You may have worked as a Regional Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager / UK Sales Manager / Technical Sales Manager / Business Development Manager or similar.
