* The main role is to achieve all sales targets and objectives set by the Head of Sales Waterproofing.
* To ensure the company has an active presence in all major accounts.
* To monitor turnover objectives for all accounts.
* Recommendation to management any method of sales promotional activity.
* To ensure sales costs remain within specified budgets.
* To develop and grow the Category Waterproofing sales across the Southern Region in line with the company strategy.
Business Development Manager Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* Experience selling into the building/construction industry ideally Waterproof products.
* At least 5 years of proven successful track record with the current marketplace.
* CSSW certified.
* Full, clean, current and valid driving licence.
