We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join this Catering Services team on a permanent, term time contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef to take ownership of a kitchen section within a high-volume, professional catering environment, supporting the delivery of high-quality, nutritious food to a large student community. The Role Reporting to the Second Chef and ultimately the Head Chef, the Chef de Partie will be a hands-on section leader responsible for the safe and efficient running of a designated kitchen station. You will play a key role in executing the culinary vision, maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation, while mentoring and supporting junior kitchen staff. About You You will be an experienced and reliable Chef de Partie (or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up) with excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to service.
