What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?
Partner with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to understand performance drivers, challenges and opportunities
Deliver clear financial insight through analysis, interpretation and storytelling beyond the numbers
Lead and support budgeting, forecasting and cashflow planning across multiple departments, including international operations
Support profitability through pricing analysis, new product development and commercial negotiation
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:
Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn data into actionable insight
Proactive, confident and comfortable challenging stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, able to influence non-finance teams
Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments desirable
