We are currently working with popular Secondary Schools in Oldham who are recruiting for Cover Supervisors to join their ranks into the new academic year starting in September 2025! Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage secondary school students during teacher absences, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment. Deliver pre-set lesson plans and maintain classroom discipline at the secondary school level. Foster a safe and inclusive atmosphere where secondary school students can thrive academically. Adapt to a variety of subjects and year groups within a secondary school setting as required. Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure the smooth running of the secondary school day. Maintain high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct. Requirements: Availability from 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. Strong behaviour management skills are essential, particularly in a secondary school context. Flexibility to cover a range of secondary school subjects and year groups. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact in a secondary school environment. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a secondary school, is a plus. An Enhanced DBS check is required for this position, or willingness to obtain one
