Henderson Drake is supporting a OneStream Diamond Partner as they continue to strengthen their senior leadership capability across the UK. The firm has built a strong reputation for delivering complex enterprise performance management programmes and is now seeking a Director-level leader to guide large-scale OneStream initiatives.
This role combines technical architecture, finance transformation advisory, and delivery leadership. It is ideal for someone who enjoys shaping enterprise solutions, working closely with finance executives, and guiding delivery teams across planning and consolidation programmes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise OneStream solutions across planning and/or consolidation
* Work directly with finance leaders to shape solution design and system strategy
* Guide delivery teams across solution architecture, data models, integrations, and reporting frameworks
* Ensure high standards of technical and functional delivery across complex programmes
* Mentor consultants and support the development of the OneStream practice
* Contribute to strategic conversations around finance transformation and EPM platform evolution
What You’ll Bring
* Extensive experience working with OneStream in complex delivery environments
* Strong understanding of finance processes including planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting
* Ability to bridge finance requirements with scalable technical solution design
* Experience guiding project teams and advising senior finance stakeholders
* Confidence leading enterprise-level programmes across multiple workstreams
