We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
* Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Sports massage, deep tissue, and reflexology, ensuring each treatment is customised to the client's requirements.
* Maintain a clean and organised treatment room, ensuring all equipment and supplies are hygienic and well-stocked.
* Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress, adhering to confidentiality protocols.
* Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend self-care practices to enhance their wellness journey.
* Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques.
Skills
Qualification VTCT, ITEC Level 3 in massage therapy,Sports Massage Or any relevant
* Comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, enabling effective treatment planning.
* Proficiency in various massage modalities with the ability to adapt techniques based on client feedback.
* Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs effectively.
* Excellent time management skills to ensure timely appointments while providing quality care.
