Job Title: Contract Support Analyst
Salary: £28, Per Annum
Contract: Permanent
Type of Employment: Full Time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm ( half-hour unpaid lunch)
Additional: Every third Saturday, 8:00am – 12:00pm (paid overtime, remote working)

Job Objectives & Responsibilities
As part of the Retail Cleaning Compliance team, you will work closely with regional retail cleaning teams to ensure contract KPIs are met through effective reporting and data management. You will play a key role in improving operational performance and supporting compliance through the use of internal and client systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with regional teams to resolve Asset/PPM/Remedial issues and promote best practices.
2. Monitor and support performance tools to enhance service delivery and compliance.
3. Produce accurate and timely reports on PPM activities using QFM CAFM system data.
4. Present monthly PPM statistics in tabular and graphical formats to management.
5. Engage with senior managers across the portfolio, demonstrating emotional intelligence and adaptability.
6. Support the development and validation of data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
7. Provide feedback to the Compliance Team Manager on data/process issues.
8. Submit monthly activity and progress reports.
9. Perform additional duties as required to support contract operations.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
10. GCSE (or equivalent) passes in Maths and English
11. A-Level passes or equivalent
Technical Skills
12. Strong understanding of asset data and business systems
13. Advanced IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office and Excel
14. Experience with Power BI is highly desirable
15. Skilled in data management and analysis, with the ability to organize and manipulate complex datasets
