Part-time phlebotomist required
Location: University Hospitals of North Tees and Hartlepool, Community (GP) clinics, and the Community Diagnostic Centre in the Stockton area. May include home visits.

A vacancy has arisen in the Phlebotomy department within the Directorate of Pathology. Following successful completion of in-house training and competency assessment, the successful candidate will provide phlebotomy services for the hospital, Community Diagnostic Centre, and GP Practice-based clinics in the Stockton catchment area.

The successful candidate should be willing to work between 8 am and 7 pm (usually until 12:30 pm, 3:30 pm, or 5 pm) as required and as part of the phlebotomy team.
The role involves weekend and bank holiday work and may include supporting evening shifts and the domiciliary (home visits) phlebotomy service.
Previous hospital experience and access to independent transport are advantageous.
