Job Summary
As the Research Programme Coordinator, you will play a central role in delivering the NIHR funded North London Research Internship for Skill-building and Excellence (NLRISE) programme for Health and Care Professionals. This dynamic role ensures the programme’s success by shaping processes, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining day‑to‑day operations. Your work includes organising and promoting events, producing newsletters and infographics, coordinating meetings, tracking budgets, and fostering partnerships with academics, research staff, and external partners.
Main Duties
* Communication – Act as the main point of contact for all queries regarding the NLRISE programme, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication (newsletters, presentations, reports).
* Organisation & Project Coordination – Plan and execute tasks such as setting up meetings, promoting events, and streamlining administrative processes.
* Technical & IT Proficiency – Use standard office software (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Google Workspace) and virtual meeting platforms (Moodle, Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet).
* Attention to Detail & Adaptability – Maintain accurate budget tracking, event planning, and communications; adapt quickly to changing needs.
* Financial & Budget Management – Track and facilitate budget income, ensuring financial targets are met.

o Experience of working in a research environment (NHS, University, Industry).
