Role Overview
The Managed Service Provider Program Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management, execution, and evolution of Lenovo 360 for MSP program across Europe. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive partner recruitment and onboarding, manage program communications, and ensure the program delivers measurable value to both Lenovo and its MSP partners. The Program Manager will act as the central point of contact for all program activities in the region, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local market needs. Additionally, this role will represent Lenovo at MSP industry events and forums, serving as an evangelist and the primary Lenovo ambassador to the MSP ecosystem across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the execution and continuous improvement of the Lenovo 360 for MSP program in EMEA, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local market requirements.
2. Collaborate with sales, marketing, product management, customer success, and other internal teams to deliver a seamless partner experience.
3. Drive partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement in collaboration with Partner Success Managers (PSMs) and sales teams.
4. Develop and maintain clear communication channels with the MSP Community, sharing program updates, resources, and best practices.
5. Represent Lenovo at MSP industry events and conferences, actively engaging with the MSP Community as a program evangelist to promote Lenovo’s vision, solutions, and partnership opportunities.
6. Track and analyze partner performance and program KPIs, preparing regular reports and recommendations for management.
7. Gather partner and stakeholder feedback to inform program evolution and enhancements.
8. Coordinate the rollout of marketing assets, training, incentives, and events to maximize partner engagement and program impact.
9. Support segmentation, coverage model assignment, and the implementation of partner enablement initiatives.
10. Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders on program status, results, and opportunities.
11. Ensure compliance with Lenovo’s operational standards and budget guidelines.
Requirements
12. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
13. 5+ years of experience in program management, channel management, or partner programs within the MSP ecosystem.
14. Proven track record managing complex, multi-country programs or projects, ideally in a MSP ecosystem.
15. Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
16. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
17. Analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking, reporting, and program optimization.
18. Experience with MSP partner programs is highly desirable.
19. Fluency in English required; additional European languages are an advantage.
20. Willingness to travel within Europe as needed.
