You’ll join a tight-knit, fully remote team working on a diverse portfolio of eCom clients ranging from £2k to £30k+ monthly ad spend.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and optimise paid search and paid social campaigns across multiple eCommerce accounts.
* Analyse performance data to develop insights, make strategic recommendations, and improve ROAS and overall profitability.
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align campaign goals with broader client objectives.
* Contribute to weekly client review sessions, ensuring accountability, transparency, and consistent results.
* Support strategic growth initiatives, such as launching new channels and identifying untapped revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
* 2+ years' hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
* Proven track record working with eCommerce or DTC clients in an agency setting.
* Comfortable managing multiple client accounts with varying budgets and objectives.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Open-minded and adaptable to established internal processes and ways of working.
