We are looking for an experienced Project/Site Supervisor to take a leading role in the delivery and coordination of works on a major marine infrastructure programme. Key Responsibilities
Supervise the day-to-day delivery of mechanical works on marine infrastructure projects
Coordinate and manage both direct labour and subcontractor teams
Act as the primary liaison between contractors, stakeholders, and the permanent workforce
Uphold and enforce strict health, safety, and environmental standards
Monitor project progress, logistics, and performance metrics, providing regular reporting to the Project Manager
Proactively identify risks or issues and implement solutions to maintain programme delivery
About You
Proven experience as a Site or Project Supervisor, ideally from a civils, construction, or heavy infrastructure background
Strong leadership and communication abilities, with experience coordinating diverse teams
Knowledge of mechanical engineering or heavy mechanical installations (e.g., pumps, valves, lifting equipment, marine plant) is highly beneficial
Demonstrable commitment to HSE best practices
Eligible for Security Clearance (essential)
Willing to work overtime and weekends when required

£52,000 per annum
Overtime paid after 40 hours, offering the opportunity to substantially increase your annual earnings beyond the basic salary
28 days' annual leave, increasing with length of service (first 5 years)
