Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-known professional law firm based in West Yorkshire, which needs a Clinical Negligence Solicitor.\n \nPrevious experience of handling your own caseload is essential and you should be confident in all aspects of Clinical Negligence.\n\nThe firm is open to Individuals with 2-6 years PQE.\n\nThey can pay a salary of £40,000 - £80,000 annum depending upon experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities as a Clinical Negligence Solicitor:\n\nRunning a case load of Claimant Clinical Negligence matters.\nDealing with matters at all stages, from taking the client’s initial instructions through to archiving, in accordance with office and accounts procedures.\nRepresenting clients at Court (including advocacy) as appropriate. \nAbout you as a Clinical Negligence Solicitor:\n\nCurrent Practicing Certificate or equivalent.\nAbility to work within teams and individually using own initiative.\nAbility to work under pressure, prioritise workload and meet deadlines.Benefits:\n\nHybrid Working Available\nRegular social events including summer BBQ and a Christmas party.\nHoliday entitlement starts at 23 days, increasing to 26 days after 1 year and 31 days after 5 years’ service (pro...
