Job Title: Senior Project Manager\n\nSalary: £55,000 - £65,000\n\nLocation: Manchester\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nWe're looking for someone to join our client who is an internationally renowned multi-disciplinary consultancy who are looking to expand their team in Manchester.\n\nWe are looking for someone to join as a Senior Project Manager with Infrastructure, Nuclear or Power experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager:\n\nSupporting business development and contributing to the growth of the team\nOverseeing JCT contracts, acting as Employer's Agent and/or Contract Administrator\nMonitoring progress, updating programmes, and tracking risks, actions, and budgets\nManaging the full project lifecycle, from initial briefs to completion\nProviding client-focused project leadership and ensuring excellent service delivery\nPreparing reports, coordinating and chairing meetings, and managing project documentation\nProcuring and managing consultants and contractors \n\nRole Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:\n\nHave experience in Infrastructure, Nuclear or Power sectors\nHave already obtained or working towards chartership (RICS, APM, CIOB, etc.)\nNEC Experience is preferred but not necessary\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and positive approach\nExcellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects \n\nWhat's on offer for the Senior Project Manager?\n\n25 days annual leave plus public\nA starting salary of between £55,000 to £65,000 dependant on experience.\nPension Contribution of 5%\nPrivate Medical Insurance
