Residential Children’s Home Manager General Duties You will have responsibility for the management of the home in line with the homes Statement of purpose, including staff management and supervision, care and placement planning, safeguarding, communications, monitoring quality and compliance. Ensure full implementation of statutory and organisational policies and procedures and provide feedback on the effectiveness of all policies and procedures.
