Job Title: Accounts Assistant - Up to 15 month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Wandsworth, London (plus travel as required)

Job Overview
We are seeking a fixed-term contractor to provide maternity cover for our Accounts Assistant for up to 15 months, beginning at the end of May or the start of June 2026.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Head of Finance, Directors and other team members, providing support to the Team with daily accounting tasks. We are looking for a Accounts Assistant who can work in a very productive manner as this role includes a large amount of data entry, we need someone with a can-do, positive attitude who is happy to learn and grow within the company.
Including but not limited to:
* Applicants must have strong numeracy skills along with first-class written and verbal communication skills
* Raising invoices, data entry, processing credit card expenses, answering queries from external vendors, bank reconciliations
* Great attention to detail is a must
* Comfortable using IT systems, especially Microsoft Excel
* Experience using Quickbooks online and/or Maconomy - training will be provided
* Ability to work as part of a team and alone with good time management skills
* Trustworthy with confidential information
* Enthusiastic, committed and willing to roll your sleeves up as required
