The Opportunity:
* An exciting opportunity has opened up for experienced Scrum Masters to join a high-impact transformation programme within a unique and technically complex environment. This is a full-time, hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about embedding Agile ways of working and driving team performance.
* As a Scrum Master, you will coach, facilitate, mentor, and guide one or more teams on their Agile journey. Your focus will be on helping teams deliver value more effectively, while working closely with programme leadership and the wider Agile practice community.
* You’ll be instrumental in applying and adapting Agile principles within a non-traditional setting — balancing structure and flexibility to suit the needs of multidisciplinary teams, including both hardware and software contributors.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Guiding Agile teams that are new or early in their Agile maturity
* Coaching team members in Agile values, frameworks, and best practices
* Facilitating team ceremonies and ensuring they are purposeful and outcomes-driven
* Supporting continuous improvement in delivery performance and team collaboration
* Removing impediments and enabling teams to focus on delivering high value
* Collaborating with other Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners to share knowledge and evolve Agile adoption across the programme
What We’re Looking For:
* An experienced Scrum Master or Agile Coach with strong communication and facilitation skills
* Confident in leading teams through change and promoting Agile behaviours
* Experience running Agile ceremonies and workshops that lead to action and improvement
* Comfortable working in a complex technical environment, ideally involving both hardware and software
* Adaptable and pragmatic — able to tailor Agile methods to fit different team contexts
* A continuous learner with a passion for growing individuals, teams, and Agile culture
* Ideally holds a relevant certification (e.g., CSM, PSM)
