Location: Melksham (On-site WFH) Hybrid (flexible) Were supporting a growing finance team who need a Purchase Ledger Clerk to provide temporary cover over a busy period. This role is ideal for someone whos confident handling high-volume invoices and keeping the ledger running smoothly from end to end. Accurately input, check, and code supplier invoices Batching and processing invoices for payment runs Managing supplier queries and ensuring timely resolution Reconciling supplier statements Supporting month-end tasks where required Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records within the finance system Strong Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable experience Confident working with invoice matching, coding, and query resolution Good attention to detail and accuracy under volume Experience using modern finance/ERP systems Able to work independently in a hybrid environment Hybrid working Supportive, collaborative finance team Immediate start Up to 4-month assignment with potential extension Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
