Known for producing top-quality, custom components, our client is now offering two trainee positions for ambitious individuals ready to launch a career in engineering.

Job 1 – Trainee Balancing / Assembly Technician
* Accurate and dynamic balancing of components
* Shaft balancing
* Use of hand tools such as Dremel in a highly accurate manner
* Testing components
* Working from technical drawings
* Assembly and disassembly of mechanical components
Job 2 – Trainee Honer
* Setting and operating manual and CNC Honing machinery to ensure accuracy of finished components
* Testing components using air gauges and other methods
* Working to fine tolerances
* Working from drawings and work sheets
* Working closely with other departments to ensure accuracy and quality of finished components

* Strong attention to detail
* Great hand eye coordination
* Self motivation
* A want to develop and build a career in the industry
* Reliability
* Great communication skills
* Basic computer literacy
Salary / Hours
The above roles are day shift positions, 38 hours per week over 4 days Monday to Thursday.
Pay rates are negotiable dependent on experience.
