We burst onto the restaurant scene in 1997, shaking up London and introducing a new way of eating. Our innovations included the 'kaiten' conveyor belt and colour-coded dishes, which helped establish our name.
We are dedicated to serving fresh, flavoursome, authentic Japanese food. While sushi is our signature, we also offer a variety of hot street food, from traditional classics to innovative fusion dishes, all rich in aromatic flavors and umami. Today, we operate over 70 restaurants worldwide and have more than 300 kiosks across the UK, along with grocery products and pre-packaged sushi in major supermarkets.

* You support setup, maintenance, and shutdown of workstations each shift.
* You complete all necessary training to ensure a safe environment for team and guests.
* You have a strong understanding of product specifications to deliver high-quality menu items.
* You can roll sushi, work the pass, operate in the hot section, prepare raw ingredients, and maintain food safety standards following Trail app procedures.
* You are a team player, supporting your colleagues to run a successful restaurant.
* You stay informed about company updates via YO! 360, team meetings, and briefs.
* You aim to deliver an exceptional guest experience each shift.

* You keep accurate records of deliveries, wastage, and temperature checks daily.
