Key Responsibilities Support and administer the Aderant Expert platform, ensuring stability and availability for finance users Investigate and resolve complex finance systems issues, identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, scripts, and reporting solutions Work with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver system improvements and process efficiencies Support upgrades, testing, deployments, and integrations across finance systems Maintain system interfaces and ensure data integrity across platforms Produce clear technical and process documentation Support month-end and year-end finance processes Act as an escalation point for finance systems incidents and requests Contribute to finance systems projects and continuous improvement initiatives Key Experience Experience in a Finance Systems Analyst or similar role within a legal or professional services environment Strong hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting Aderant Expert In-depth knowledge of Aderant Expert database structures and table architecture Advanced SQL skills, including query writing, stored procedures, troubleshooting, and optimisation Experience supporting finance operations and finance systems within legal or professional services firms Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills Experience with reporting tools and data analysis Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently Experience with Aderant integrations and related finance applications Knowledge of SSRS, Power BI, or similar reporting technologies Exposure to xxuwjjq Elite, Intapp, or other legal technology platforms Understanding of law firm finance processes including billing, time recording, and matter accounting Experience supporting systems implementations or project delivery initiatives Finance Systems Analyst - Any UK Office - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract In accordance with the Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, this position is advertised based upon DGH Recruitment Limited having first sought approval of its client to find candidates for this position.
