A well-established automotive business is looking to add an experienced Telesales Executive to its internal sales team.
This is a phone-based role focused on converting warm and inbound enquiries, qualifying customers, and driving vehicle sales through strong objection handling and closing ability. Youll be dealing with a high-value product in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Salary & Earnings
£26,000 basic salary
£45,000 realistic OTE
Top performers earning £70,000£80,000+
The Role
Handling inbound and outbound sales calls
Qualifying leads and converting interest into sales
Building rapport quickly with customers
Working to clear KPIs and revenue targets
Updating CRM accurately and consistently
What Were Looking For
Proven telesales or phone-based sales experience
Confident, resilient, and competitive mindset
Comfortable working to targets and commission
Strong communication and closing skills
Automotive or high-ticket sales experience preferred (not essential)
